New Jersey Pedestrian Accidents
New Jersey pedestrian accidents happen all the time. Protecting the safety of pedestrians in the state of New Jersey has become more and more problematic, especially in the past decade. In fact, the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee has formulated campaigns to increase pedestrian safety awareness.
Pedestrians usually travel in bike lanes and on sidewalks, in close proximity to speedy, heavy cars and trucks. Additionally, pedestrians are usually completely unprotected against the force of these vehicles if a traffic accident ends up happening. While pedestrians are traveling, whether on their bikes, scooters, or on foot, they have a high chance of becoming injured if a collision occurs.
