Union County, NJ – Brandon Amaro Killed in Collision on E 1st St
Union County, NJ (July 2, 2024) – A 21-year-old man lost his life after a crash in Union County on Friday, June 28. Reports from authorities show the incident occurred in the 400 block of East 1st Street between a BMW and a Subaru.
The only occupant of the BMW was pulled from the vehicle by aiding pedestrians at the scene. The victim was identified as Brandon Amaro, of Roselle. Despite efforts made by EMS at the scene, Amaro was pronounced deceased on-site. The two occupants of the Subaru suffered serious injuries in the wreck. They were treated by paramedics and transported to the hospital for further care. Police in Union County continue to investigate the wreck.
