Update: 13-Year-Old Identified After Fatal Tractor Accident in Franklin Twp, NJ

Authorities have identified the 13-year-old boy who died following a tractor accident in Franklin Township as Nino Constantino, according to a verified GoFundMe created for the family.

The incident occurred on Monday evening, July 6, when emergency responders found the teen pinned beneath an overturned tractor. First responders removed the tractor and performed CPR before the boy was transported to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. An adult male who was also involved was hospitalized with unspecified injuries.

Investigators believe the teen was riding on the tractor with the adult when it overturned during work being performed on the property.

The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office has joined the investigation, and officials have indicated that criminal charges remain a possibility as the investigation continues.
