Washington Twp, NJ – Several Hurt in DUI Crash on Hurffville Grenloch Rd
Washington Twp, NJ (July 18, 2024) – A drunk driver caused several people serious injuries, including children, on Thursday, July 18. At approximately 5:50 p.m., the accident happened on Hurffville Grenloch Road when an intoxicated driver crashed his 2008 Toyota Yaris. The driver struck a pole near Quary Park, causing several passengers inside his vehicle to sustain injuries. He was reportedly traveling east when he left the road and struck the pole. He was charged with reckless and intoxicated driving as well as two counts of assault and child endangerment. Police in Washington continue to investigate.
