Little Egg Harbor, NJ - One Man Killed in House Fire on Harvest Way

Little Egg Harbor, NJ (March 7, 2023) - One man reportedly lost his life in a house fire in Little Egg Harbor Township. The incident occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Monday, March 6. 

Firefighters from several fire companies were dispatched to the crash scene Monday afternoon to extinguish the flames. The fire happened on Harvest Way, according to reports. 

A man was found deceased inside the house, fire crews said. The deceased victim was transported to the Community Medical Center in Toms River for identification and an autopsy. 

Authorities in Little Egg Harbor continue to investigate the circumstances of the fire.

• Obstructed chimney flues
• Faulty or broken furnaces or boilers
