Bronx, NY – Fatal Pedestrian Accident with Bus on Jerome Ave near E 170th St
Bronx, NY (August 17, 2023) – A pedestrian was killed in a fatal accident that happened in the Bronx. Reports show the incident occurred at around 9:26 a.m. on Thursday, August 17.
Reports from authorities show the incident occurred on Jerome Avenue near East 170th Street. A bus struck a scooterist in the area for reasons still under police investigation.
The scooter rider was pronounced deceased at the scene by the NYPD Highway Collision Investigation Squad. At this time, the name of the victim has not been reported.
