Brooklyn, NY (July 11, 2024) – At around 7:15 a.m. on July 11, a car crash with injuries was reported to police in Brooklyn. A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle in New Utrecht. Sources say it happened on 15th Avenue near 71st Street. A gray Toyota Sienna was involved in a pedestrian hit-and-run. According to reports, the vehicle was last seen fleeing on 71st Street. The pedestrian received emergency medical care before being taken to the hospital for treatment. Police in Brooklyn continue to investigate.
