Brooklyn, NY – Vehicle Collision with Injuries on 15th Ave near 59th St

Brooklyn, NY (February 13, 2024) – A major auto accident was reported to police in Borough Park in Brooklyn. 

Sources say it occurred at around 4:04 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13. A police vehicle and a gray sedan were involved in a collision that occurred when the sedan collided with the rear passenger side of the police SUV. The circumstances under which the wreck occurred are still under investigation by area authorities at this time. It happened at the intersection of 15th Avenue near 59th Street, and at least one person suffered injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to those who were hurt at the scene before taking them to the hospital for further care. The extent of their injuries has not been reported at this time.
