Flemington, NJ (April 3, 2023) – Authorities in Flemington were sent to the scene of a car crash that happened on Route 202 on Saturday, April 1. According to reports, the incident took place at approximately 2:15 p.m. 

Sources say the collision occurred on Route 202 near the Northlandz parking lot when a vehicle exited the southbound lanes of the roadway, went airborne, and hit several cars in the parking lot, injuring five people and trapping one inside their vehicle. 

The driver was identified as a 59-year-old man from Connecticut. How and why the crash happened is still being investigated by authorities in Flemington. 

One adult and three juveniles were transported by ambulance to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Another person was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital by New Jersey State Police Northstar Helicopter.
