Fire-Related Injuries in New York
Each year, New York structure fires result in many fire-related fatalities and injuries. When a building goes on fire, those inside could sustain smoke inhalation injuries, thermal burns, and even die. Occupants may also be injured due to the inhalation of toxic chemicals that are released by burning materials.
Our attorneys will aggressively seek financial compensation for victims of structure fires. We consult with prominent origins and fire cause engineers and specialists to identify what or who was responsible for the fire.
We will also meet with vocational experts, burn injury specialists, economists, and life-care planners to help determine the real economic cost of a fire’s damage.
