Deer Park, NY (June 28, 2024) – Four people lost their lives, and nine others were injured in a traffic accident that happened on the afternoon of June 28. At around 4:42 p.m., the collision occurred when a vehicle crashed into a nail salon on Commack Road in Deer Park. The reason why the crash happened is still under investigation by local police at this time. Several responders were dispatched to the crash site shortly after the incident occurred.
