Explosion Injuries in New Jersey

Elizabeth, NJ - Employee, Maintenance Worker Burned in Fire, Explosion at White Castle

If you were injured in an explosion, you are entitled to answers and, quite probably, financial compensation. These two things are what give victims and their families a sense of closure and enable them to go ahead with their lives.

An experienced New Jersey personal injury lawyer will perform a thorough investigation in order to determine:

    • If gross negligence was committed on the part of the landlord or a company, making them liable for the explosion
    • If a landlord or company had knowledge of the risk of an explosion
    • If a defective product or flawed process caused or contributed to the explosion
    • If improper or inadequate training led to any worker negligence

If propane tanks were involved, it is important to your personal injury suit to establish whether or not the explosion was caused by a loose valve, improperly filled tank, poor ventilation, or an appliance that was improperly installed.
