If you’re ever involved in a car accident, here are important steps to follow:

  1. Check for injuries and call 911. Always make safety the priority. Request medical assistance, even if your injuries seem minor.
  2. Move to a safe location. If possible, move your vehicle out of traffic to prevent another collision.
  3. Exchange information. Get the other driver’s name, contact details, license plate number, and insurance information.
