New Jersey Car Crashes
Deadly accidents occur in the state of New Jersey every day. Throughout the year, hundreds of individuals lose their lives in these wrecks. On average, around 600 people are killed per year due to New Jersey car accidents. Sadly, most of the auto accidents that happen in the Garden State and throughout the country are the result of negligent driving. Most often, driver distraction, fatigue, intoxication, and speeding cause car crashes throughout the United States.
There are several different reasons why car crashes caused by negligent driving are often more devastating than other types of crashes. Oftentimes, distracted or intoxicated drivers have their judgement and reaction times altered, which can be extremely hazardous, especially on busy roadways. Behavior of this nature can even prove to be deadly for the driver and everyone else they encounter on the road.
Unfortunately, countless individuals suffer serious injuries in auto accidents every year. In the United States, over 3 million individuals are injured in car accidents while around 40,000 are killed. In New Jersey, tens of thousands of individuals suffer injuries in car crashes per year while hundreds are killed. Being hurt in a car accident is never easy, and often comes with numerous consequences related to your emotional, physical, and financial well-being.
