New Jersey Car Crashes
Every year, a significant number of lives are tragically lost in collisions across the United States. Regrettably, here in New Jersey, many victims lose their lives as a result of collisions caused by the reckless and negligent behaviors of others. Shockingly, statistics indicate that nearly 80% of fatal collisions can be attributed to driver error, with some of the leading factors being speeding, impairment, and distractions.
No matter how cautious and responsible drivers may be, they cannot control the actions of other motorists on the road. Consequently, families are left to deal with the emotional, mental, and financial aftermath of such devastating losses. The unexpected burden of tens of thousands of dollars in funeral expenses is often overwhelming for many families.
After losing a loved one as a result of a fatal collision, their families must reach out to a wrongful death attorney to protect their legal rights.
