Jersey City, NJ – 13-Year-Old Boy Injured in Pedestrian Crash on Bergen Ave near Public School 17
Jersey City, NJ (February 1, 2023) – Police in Jersey City say a 13-year-old boy was injured when he was struck by a car on Wednesday, February 1. According to reports, the boy was trying to cross Bergen Avenue at the time of the crash.
The incident occurred near Public School 17 on Bergen Avenue when the boy was walking across the road. Police say the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
The victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital with injuries. Authorities are still investigating the details of the accident.
