Manhattan, NY (December 19, 2024) – An injury bus crash occurred on Thursday morning at approximately 8:00 a.m. at the intersection of W 12th St & Greenwich St in West Village. The crash took place during the busy rush hour, causing temporary disruption in traffic and prompting emergency response teams to manage the scene.
According to the New York City Police Department, the school bus collided with a car while carrying children. The impact caused significant damage to the front of the bus, and emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported. Thankfully, no children sustained injuries in the crash, as they were safely transferred to another bus for continued transport.
