
Roxbury Twp., NJ (September 24, 2025) – A bicyclist died Monday evening, September 22, after a collision with a Kia Soul on Route 46 in Roxbury Township.
According to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, the crash happened around 6:15 p.m. on Route 46 eastbound, just east of Berkshire Valley Road. Police reported that a Kia Soul struck a person riding a bicycle along the roadway.
First responders quickly arrived at the scene and rushed the cyclist to a nearby hospital. Despite emergency medical efforts, the bicyclist died later that night from their injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the victim, and no additional details about the driver have been provided.
The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and Roxbury police continue to investigate the circumstances of the fatal crash.
