Rush, NY – One Killed, One Hurt in Auto Crash on Rush Lima Rd
Rush, NY (December 2, 2022) – A head-on accident took place on Sunday, November 27, in Rush. Reports state the incident occurred on Rush Lima Road for reasons still under police investigation.
Sources say a car crossed over the double yellow line and struck another vehicle head-on. Paramedics and police were dispatched to the crash scene soon after it occurred in order to render aid and investigate.
One involved driver was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The other was transported to the hospital with injuries of an unknown magnitude.
The roadway was blocked for some time on Sunday while crews worked in the area. Police asked local drivers to steer clear of the crash scene while emergency personnel were present.
