New York Auto Accidents

There are over 6 million auto accidents that happen throughout the United States per year. In any multi-vehicle car wreck, it is important that injured victims are able to recover. If you were hurt in an accident caused by driver negligence, you may benefit from filing a personal injury claim with an attorney. A lawyer can help you by independently investigating your case and preserving pertinent evidence that proves it was caused by another driver’s negligent actions.

A lawyer may help you by reviewing:

  • Police reports
  • Inspection of roadway conditions
  • Drug/alcohol testing reports
  • Eyewitness accounts of the crash
  • Videos of the crash
  • Photos from the scene
  • Police vehicle footage
  • Crash history on the roadway where your wreck happened
  • And more.

A skilled car crash lawyer will also aggressively negotiate a full and fair settlement with the insurance company and prove your innocence in the crash. Especially if your injuries are severe, you will qualify for compensation that can help cover the costs related to medical care and other damages. In a violent, multi-vehicle accident, victims may be left with severe injuries, including:
