The crash followed a situation where one driver pulled into traffic from the business driveway and entered the path of an oncoming car.

A 76-year-old woman from Marcellus pulled out from the Sunoco gas station and moved into the path of a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old man from Hammond. The man was unable to stop in time and struck the driver’s side of the woman's car.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information may be shared as it becomes available.

We wish those injured in this wreck a rapid and complete recovery.
