Wall Twp, NJ – E-Bicyclist Injured in Traffic Accident on SR 35 near Lakewood RdNY/NJ Legal News
Wall Twp, NJ (March 22, 2023) – A man riding an e-bike suffered serious injuries when he was involved in a collision with a car in Monmouth County. The accident occurred shortly before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21.
Police in Wall were called to the scene of the accident located on State Route 35 near Lakewood Road.
The bicyclist, a Brielle resident, was headed east on Lakewood Road when he came to the intersection with State Route 35. It was there that he collided with a Volkswagen driven by a woman from Toms River, age 36.
The injured cyclist was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center by Wall Township Emergency Medical Services. Traffic was diverted in the area for an extended period of time on Tuesday while responders worked in the area.
