Bronx, NY – E Burnside Ave Scene of Injury Pedestrian Crash near Jerome Ave
Bronx, NY (February 20, 2024) – A pedestrian crash with injuries occurred in the Morris Heights area of the Bronx on February 20. At approximately 1:30 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the crash scene located on East Burnside Avenue near Jerome Avenue. A pedestrian was reportedly hit by a car in the area under circumstances that are still being investigated. Paramedics rushed to the scene to render aid to the injured victim and transport them to the hospital as needed. Currently, police have not identified the injured pedestrian. They continue to work to determine the cause of the wreck.
