Bronx, NY – Injury Collision on Bruckner Blvd near Longwood Ave

Bronx, NY (April 26, 2024) – A car accident was reported to police in the Bronx on the evening of April 26. At around 7:15 p.m., vehicles collided near Bruckner Boulevard and Longwood Avenue in Hunts Point. Fire crews and other responders were seen helping at the crash site. A person was said to have become stuck in their vehicle due to the collision, and firefighters worked to free them and treat them for injuries as needed. At this time, the extent of any injuries suffered in the accident has not been reported. Police in the Bronx are still investigating the details of the crash.
