Brooklyn, NY – One Injured in Crash on Ocean Ave near Avenue W

Brooklyn, NY (April 25, 2024) – A person suffered injuries after becoming trapped underneath a vehicle in a traffic accident. The wreck took place at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Avenue W. The individual required extrication from underneath the vehicle which was performed by local fire crews. Police directed traffic at the scene while first responders worked to help those involved and clear the wreckage from the roadway. At least one person sustained serious injuries in the accident. 

Police in Brooklyn continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
