Brooklyn, NY – Seven-Car Crash Sends Seven to Hospital on Belt Pwky near Knapp St
Brooklyn, NY (November 23, 2023) – A seven-car crash happened in Brooklyn on Saturday night, November 18. At least seven individuals were sent to the hospital with injuries, including two who suffered critical injuries. Authorities say the driver of an Infiniti sedan was headed east on the Belt Parkway near Knapp Street when they lost control and struck a Mercedes at approximately 9:30 p.m. That triggered another collision with an SUV that went over the median and caused four more cars to collide.
The driver of the Infiniti fled the scene without stopping to render aid. Police in Brooklyn are still investigating the details of the accident.
