Hackensack, NJ – Lloyd Fields Killed in Motorcycle Crash on First St near American Legion Dr

Hackensack, NJ (September 9, 2021) – The Hackensack Police Department has identified the victim of the September 4 motorcycle accident as 41-year-old Lloyd Fields.

Just after 11 p.m., on September 4, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of an accident on First Street.

Reports from the police show that Fields was traveling south on First Street while using a Suzuki motorcycle. For unknown reasons, his vehicle collided with a 2021 Ford Explorer at the intersection of American Legion Drive.

Lloyd sustained severe injuries in the accident. He was rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center where he was declared deceased.

At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
