Hammonton, NJ – One Dead, Two Injured in Two-Car Accident on White Horse PkNY/NJ Legal News
Hammonton, NJ (December 01, 2021) – On Sunday, November 28th, a 57-year-old man was killed during a two-car accident on White Horse Pike in Hammonton.
According to Hammonton Police, an unlicensed driver was at fault for the accident which took place at about 5:40 p.m.
An investigation determined that Federico Cano cut off an eastbound pick-up truck when he attempted to make a lefthand turn from the westbound lane of White Horse Pike into the parking lot of ShopRite. This caused the pick-up truck to crash into the side of Cano’s car, killing his 57-year-old passenger.
Cano and a second passenger, a 17-year-old, were both transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the pickup, a 34-year-old woman from Egg Harbor City, was unharmed during the collision.
We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time. Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.
