Residential Fires in New Jersey

Howell, NJ - One Dead in Residential Fire on Rt 33

While a lot of attorneys advertise their services for fire-related accidents, the truth is that not every law firm is capable of successfully handling these complex cases. Often in these kinds of cases, there is heavy property damage, the medical expenses are outrageous, and the pain, suffering and other losses are unfathomable. Additionally, the intricate technical issues that go hand-in-hand with fire accident claims usually involve the application of tricky state and federal regulations, laws, and industry standards.

A legal firm that has the experience, resources, and staff required to fully investigate and pursue the claim that best fits your situation.

If you endured significant losses and personal injury in a fire, we strongly urge you to contact a New York personal injury attorney. Fire accidents are generally caused by more than one negligent act on the part of more than one person. The causes of most structure fires can usually be attributed to human error.

Determining the cause of a structure fire, and determining who should be held responsible for the injuries and losses it caused, is an issue that requires immediate investigation by the victim’s attorney.
