Manhattan, NY (January 16, 2023) – Authorities in Manhattan responded to the scene of a pedestrian crash on Monday evening, January 16. At approximately 6:35 p.m., crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident on Broadway in Inwood. 

Reports indicate the collision occurred in the 4000 block of Broadway near the United States Postal Service. A pedestrian was traveling in the area when they were struck by a vehicle. 

The extent of the injuries suffered in the crash remains unknown at this time. Emergency responders, including police and paramedics, were seen working in the area for some time during the evening of January 16. 

Traffic delays ensued in the area while crews were present. Authorities in Manhattan are working to determine the cause of the accident.
