Newark, NJ (September 16, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the Lower Clinton Hill section of Newark. At around 2:47 p.m., on September 15, calls for assistance came in regarding a traffic-related incident on Ridgewood Avenue.
Reports from the Newark Police Department show that a collision between vehicles blocked the area of 180 Ridgewood Avenue. The incident caused severe delays in the area as crews worked to clear the roadway.
At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for the treatment of injuries.
