Recovering financial compensation after the accidental death of someone you love is, unfortunately, more complicated than filing a petition to the court and waiting for payment to arrive in the mail. If you wish to achieve a favorable outcome in your case, you must be able to prove:

  • Another party owed your family member a duty of care
  • The duty of care was breached by negligence, recklessness, or carelessness
  • The breach directly resulted in the death of your loved one

The easiest way to prove these three points is to acquire as much relevant evidence as possible. Having spent decades working as skilled wrongful death lawyers, our legal team knows where to find this evidence and how to successfully preserve it. We are happy to utilize our knowledge and experience to help you recover.
