Commercial Truck Accidents in New Jersey

Toms River, NJ - Woman Injured in Collision With Garbage Truck at Garfield Ave and Windsor Ave

Oversized commercial trucks perform an essential function in our economy. They transport trillions of dollars worth of freight and goods up and down our country’s roadways every year. Sadly, accidents involving oversized trucks and smaller vehicles can prove disastrous, usually leaving the other driver with serious injuries that demand urgent medical attention.

Regrettably, due to their weight and size, these trucks place others on the road at risk of sustaining a serious injury or being killed during an accident. Taking into account the devastating impact that the injuries they cause will have on a person’s life, victims who are injured in a truck accident are most likely entitled to seek compensation for their damages.
