Commercial Truck Accidents in Tully
Thousands of tractor-trailers and other large commercial trucks drive up and down New Jersey highways every year. Because of their excessively large size and diminished capacity for maneuverability, these oversized vehicles pose several risks to passenger car drivers and pedestrians. In 2012 alone, there were 254 highway fatalities in New Jersey. A lot of these deaths arose from accidents concerning tractor-trailers.
Collisions with tractor-trailers, especially those that occur at higher rates of speed, could result in catastrophic injuries, as well as property damage to other vehicles. These severe bodily injuries, including loss of limbs, paralysis, broken bones, internal bleeding, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries are the most common outcomes of accidents that involve tractor-trailers.
Anytime a tractor-trailer, tanker, or other large, commercial truck is responsible for your serious or fatal accident, we strongly urge you to seek solid legal representation so that your rights can be protected.
