Atlantic City, NJ – Two Struck by Car, Injured on Atlantic City Boardwalk

Atlantic City, NJ (February 8, 2023) – A woman from Lakeville and her boyfriend were sent to the hospital after they were hit by a car in Atlantic City. The crash happened on Saturday, January 28, according to reports. 

The couple was hit by a delivery truck on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Sources said that both victims struck the windshield, and the woman broke both legs. They were transported to a nearby hospital by ambulance. The woman was in a coma at the time. 

The delivery driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The female victim’s family said they were planning surgery to place rods in her legs when she is well enough. The woman’s boyfriend suffered a concussion and was unconscious at the scene. 

Police officials in Atlantic City continue to investigate the details of the crash.
