Greyhound Bus Accident Injuries in New Jersey

Camden, NJ - Pedestrian Struck by Greyhound Bus on Admiral Wilson Blvd

Buses are a form of public transit that serve numerous purposes. They carry commuters to and from work, provide routine transportation to the elderly and infirm, and shuttle would-be adventurers to far-flung destinations.

Being federally designated a common carrier, buses are accountable to stricter legal criteria. All common carriers have a responsibility to provide their passengers with safe boarding and disembarking, a highly trained and professional driver, an adequately maintained vehicle, and an expectation that any malfunctions or design flaws will be both scrutinized and repaired.

If a victim is able to prove negligence in any of these areas, they are entitled to seek full financial compensation for their injuries. However, buses contracted for use are largely the responsibility of the bus company. To that end, proving liability for breach of duty is anything but straightforward.

Bus accidents can be incredibly complex. Our team will work diligently to help you hold those at fault accountable and collect the maximum amount of compensation for medical treatment, lost wages, and various other damages resulting from your accident.
