Jamaica, NY – Pedestrian Killed in Crash on 135th St
Jamaica, NY (November 24, 2021) – A pedestrian lost their life in a crash on a roadway in Jamaica, Queens. At around 12:16 p.m., emergency responders were called to the scene on 135th Street.
Reports covering the accident show it happened in the northbound lanes of 135th Street. A shipping truck was traveling north on the roadway when it struck a pedestrian.
Despite efforts made by paramedics, the victim sadly lost their life at the scene. Their identity has not been reported at this time.
The truck sustained major damages in the accident. Authorities are still working to determine the details.
