Fatal House Fires in New Jersey

Mullica, NJ - Pet, Residents Killed in House Fire on Hamburg Ave

Some of the foremost causes of New Jersey apartment fires, building fires, and house fires are:

  • Faulty appliances
  • Defective electrical wiring
  • Damaged or improperly installed gas lines
  • Clogged chimney flues
  • Malfunctioning boilers or furnaces

Along with uncovering the cause of the fire, it is also necessary to determine if the actions of a third party contributed to the fire itself or to a resident’s inability to escape safely.

If a third party is believed to have acted negligently, a burn injury victim or their surviving family members could have a viable claim against them for their damages or wrongful death.
