Mt. Laurel, NJ – One Airlifted After Truck Crash, Fire on NJ Tpk Near Rt 73
Mt. Laurel, NJ (October 21, 2022) – An accident that led to a tractor-trailer fire caused the shut-down of a portion of the New Jersey Turnpike on Friday, October 21st.
The incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. between Route 168 and Route 73 in a two-lane section of the highway with road work.
A medical helicopter was requested to the scene.
The roadway was reopened about four hours later.
